Default Game - Problems at registration (e-mail)

Hello,

I've seen a lot of bounce e-mails from people trying to register and they never get the e-mail, even if they ask for a new e-mail. This is because the service you use reject our e-mails.

Why you ask, because of spam. Yes, we are not doing spam but your service identify almost any legitimate e-mail as spam, and this is thanks to the people around the world that do make spam for living.

What can you do?

First, in services like hotmail, live, yahoo, g-mail and such (web based services), go to the Configuration of the account (in the web site) and look for where you can add safe domains, so the service stop blocking it. Add torpia.com and torpia.org (for bugs) as safe domain.

Some services use per e-mail permissions. In this case you must add our e-mails: info@torpia.com support@torpia.com premium@torpia.com bugs@torpia.org (note that bugs@ is on a different domain).

Also, check on your spam folder if our e-mail is marked as one. In this case mark the e-mail as safe.

Make sure you don't have set to automatically delete spam because if your e-mail service or your e-mail client mark our e-mails as spam they will be deleted.

On other cases your e-mail service uses a confirmation e-mail (some Brazilian services do this). Due to the fact that many spammers use this as a tactic to confirm legitimate addresses to be added on their lists we do not answer those confirmations. You must contact your e-mail service and ask them to add torpia.com and torpia.org as safe domain (or the e-mails we have). If they refuse to do so you can use another e-mail service.

Unfortunately we can't help you more on this, you have to do it for yourself.

Kind regards,
PaiSand
