We don't have a clue... 5 - 6 months maybe? maybe more, maybe less... we don't know, we haven't had a world that has ended yet...

Hey guys.
Since amulets are found by a chance function, there is no telling, really. Next up, one can destroy both amulets and scrolls, which makes that you can influence it.
Say you destroy the only 'T' a brotherhood has. What now? they can't even make the first line of scrolls, since Lancelot has a t in it. They could have all other amulets, except those T's.
Next up, it depends on the brotherhoods. If there's a group of top players, apparently in different brotherhoods, that all of a sudden bond together and make all scrolls - its over. You can't predict stuff like this :)
So there's no estimated server time possible, imho :)
This this is almost kinda like Travian???
You spend so much time building up your own little empire and helping out your brotherhood and I guess trade partners to help win the game, only to let all the credit go to a single person you helped out to get all of it; once they win the game, you gotta start from scratch again, all your hard work and long hours planning and playing erased. . Kinda a huge waste after that happens =(

All the more reason to band together to make sure it doesn't happen?

to all beginning there is an ending...

Yea, I guess so. But then whats the fun if we just sit around preventing the coming of the end??? Winning is always fun :) Just not when we gotta die afterward :(

I know the feeling. I'd much rather not wake up one morning with every intention of settling my fourth town only to realize the 'round' is over.
Considering that the last scroll (deuxexmachina) takes 14 days to construct once you have all the amulets the "end" should be known to be coming. If we all of the sudden see a lot of top players join together in a single brotherhood to make all the scrolls we'd still have 14 days to destroy one of their amulets or scrolls.

But even if you manage to do so, you are gonna eventually (assuming that you successfully steal/destroy said enemy amulets) going to want or have to create scrolls of your own in order to try and win. . .. .
Aslo, I was wondering:
After a brotherhood wins, do all of the members of that brotherhood get credit for helping out , or just the one member who made the scroll gets credit??

hey,
Since you need more scrolls than one, and they can be teleported around your temples, the whole brotherhood would take credit.
:)
Yea, I get that but I mean would there be an "official archive" of past games/rounds and which brotherhoods won and who was in the brother hood.... or anything like that??
I don't see a reason to bother about winning the game at this point. Everyone seems to be building up still and there hasn't even been a half-decent war so far.
Yea? And?
Isn't it nice to know exactly WHAT we should be building up for???
