Is there a limit to how many villagers you can have in one town?

What is the biggest town you can have like hamlet smal town flourishing town small city flourshing city is there anything bigger then flourishing city?

On the dutch server I have a town of 104k villagers (as Evil) and it is still called a flourishing city. So there is nothing more than that. (atm)
