does i need to have a siege weapon to attack a city??? or can i attack with troops only??? when attacking a city do i take resources stored in his warehouse????

You can always attack citys and you will only need siege weapons if you want to destroy the city you're attacking and yes, you'll take respurces that is in that citys warehouse.

yes i have tried, and they kept besieging the city without attacking, (cause i had no siege weapons), so i said it is because i have no siege weapons or could be something else.

i attack citys without siege weapons so yes u can attack them without siege weapons...u only need the siege weapons if u wanna destroy the village totally ;)
